Donate Through Employer Matching Gifts or Volunteer Grants

What are employer matching gift programs? Employer matching gift programs are corporate giving programs in which the company matches donations made by employees to eligible nonprofit organizations. It’s an easy way to double your contribution to GO TEAM!

What are employer volunteer grant programs? Employer volunteer grants, also known as Dollars for Doers grants, encourage employees to get involved in community service. Through volunteer grant programs, a company gives money to nonprofit organizations based on how many hours its employees volunteer. It’s another easy way to contribute to GO TEAM!

How do I request a matching gift or volunteer grant? Requesting a matching gift or volunteer grant is normally a five-minute process which must be initiated by the donor. You can do this by filling out and submitting a paper match form provided by your employer or through an electronic submission process.

Donate by Running a Third-Party Fundraiser

GO TEAM Therapy, Crisis and Airport Dogs, Inc. (GO TEAM) encourages individuals and organizations to conduct fundraising events and donation drives to benefit its mission. Any individual or organization that organizes and hosts an event, promotion, sale, or donation drive on behalf of GO TEAM is defined as a “third-party fundraiser.” To enhance the success of third-party fundraising events and to avoid conflicts with GO TEAM donors, corporate sponsors, or other events already planned, we ask that you complete our online Third-Party Fundraiser Registration Form for review and authorization at least 21 days prior to the event. A GO TEAM board member will review requests and respond within 5 business days of receipt. A separate registration must be submitted for each fundraiser.

Donate Using Your Donor Advised Fund (DAF)

You may donate to GO TEAM directly from your DAF using the DAF Direct form on the left. We are a qualified public charity and tax‐exempt under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). The form has options for Schwab Charitable, Fidelity Charitable, and BNY Melon. Just select your DAF from the pull down, enter “Go Team Therapy Dogs” in the Designation field, enter your desired donation amount and press next. You will be sent to your DAF site to login to your DAF account to complete the transaction. If you need help or have questions, feel free contact us.

Donor Privacy Any information supplied to GO TEAM by donors will be used solely to fulfill their donation and shall not be shared for any reason unless permission is granted by the donor to share such information.
